I wonder if the Power Spherical distribution could be integrated into Pyro GitHub - nicola-decao/power_spherical: Pytorch implementation of the Power Spherical distribution.
I would be very interested in it.

looks like you can probably just create a wrapper for each distribution using TorchDistributionMixin; see e.g. pyro/pyro/distributions/torch.py at dev · pyro-ppl/pyro · GitHub
