Does anyone know of papers or example use cases for the SpanningTree distribution?
I am using the SpanningTree distribution for a latent tree model of tabular data (pre-Pyro version, Pyro branch). Another potential application is in phylogenetic inference, however I don’t have enough expertise to create a Pyro example of phylogenetic inference myself. Contributions welcome!
